A hair salon booking app that carries your salon's name, not a platform's.
Clients choose the stylist, the service and the time from your own app, colour appointments carry a deposit, and every chair runs on its own calendar. We design, build and publish it under your salon's name for €50 a month, with no development fee.
- Your logo and name in the App Store and Google Play
- Demo on your phone in 7 days, live in 3–4 weeks
- €50 a month, cancel any month

The phone rings mid blow-dry, and the client on the line books nowhere.
- Three stylists, one book: a colour slotted over a cut, and a client who waits forty minutes.
- A no-show on a three-hour balayage that you turned two people away for.
- Messages at midnight asking for Saturday, answered at nine, lost by ten.
- A booking platform that lists the salon down the street right under your name.
Booking and scheduling for every chair in the salon
Salon scheduling software or your own hair salon app?
Most salon software puts a widget on your website or a listing on a marketplace. This is what changes when the app is yours.
| Typical salon software | Your own app | |
|---|---|---|
| Where clients book | A web widget or a marketplace listing | Your app, on their home screen |
| Name in the App Store and Google Play | The software vendor's | Your salon's |
| Per-stylist calendars and prices | Often a higher tier | Included |
| Monthly price | Per user or tiered, plus add-ons | €50 flat, any number of stylists |
| Text and push reminders | Usually paid extras | Push and email included |
| Contract | Often annual | Cancel any month |
Vendor pricing changes; check the current plan pages before comparing exact numbers.
A booking app that is also your salon scheduling app
The client app is the half your customers see. The admin app is the half that runs the salon: one calendar per chair, breaks and holidays blocked in seconds, walk-ins and phone bookings added by hand, and the whole week visible on the manager's phone. Because bookings and the schedule live in one place, a double booking is impossible rather than merely unlikely.
Durations are set per service, and prices can differ per stylist, so a senior colourist's balayage can cost more and take longer than a junior's without anyone editing a spreadsheet. When a stylist changes hours, her clients only ever see the slots she actually has.
Why hair salons take deposits
Colour and long treatments are where no-shows cost the most, because the chair was blocked for hours and somebody else was turned away. A deposit at booking, taken through Stripe or a local processor, moves that risk to the client. Salons that switch it on for long services usually keep short cuts open, so regulars are not put off.
The app adds two smaller things that matter as much as the deposit: a reminder the day before, and the ability to ban the client who has not turned up three times.
What the €50 a month covers
The client app and the admin app on iOS and Android, your name, logo and screenshots in both stores, the design, development and publishing, servers, push notifications, updates, and small changes to your services and prices. No setup fee, no per-booking fee, and any number of stylists. Card processing for deposits is charged by the processor at its normal rate; we add nothing on top. You can cancel any month.
From your service menu to the App Store
On the first call we go through your services, stylists, durations, working hours and logo. A week later the demo is on your phone with your real menu. Three to four weeks in, the app is live under your salon's name in both stores, and a link in your Instagram bio does the rest. Salons already live this way include Milano Beauty in Belgrade, Duo Gea Studio and AngelDoll Studio.

What salon owners say
Thank you @codersyapps for making my life easier and saving me from all that hassle. No more waiting — clients pick their own slots and move them themselves if they need to.
Clients are thrilled with the app. I already love it myself — it's going to make my work so much easier.
It means a lot to me and makes my work easier — I'm really happy. Many clients have already got used to it and I push everyone to book only through the app.
Hair salon owners ask
Yes. Clients pick the stylist first or the service first, then see only the slots that stylist has free. Each stylist has her own calendar, working hours, services and prices, and no client can be booked onto two chairs at once.
Yes. Deposits are switched on per service, so you can ask for one on colour, balayage or any long treatment and leave short cuts open. Payment runs through Stripe or a local processor at its normal fee.
You add them in the admin app in a few taps and they block the chair like any other booking. Reminders go out for those clients too, as long as you enter a phone or email.
Yes. Every service has its own duration, and the same service can have a different duration and price per stylist. The calendar only offers slots that fit the whole service.
€50 a month, flat, for any number of stylists. That includes both apps, publishing under your name in both stores, servers, push notifications and updates. There is no development fee and you can cancel any month.
Yes. We set up your services, stylists and hours from your current system, you keep the old one running while clients install the app, and within a few weeks most bookings arrive through the app. Your client list stays yours.
