The Vagaro alternative with one price and your name on the app.
Vagaro charges per bookable calendar and sells much of the rest as add-ons, and the app your clients use is Vagaro's. Ours is one flat €50 a month for any number of staff, with reminders, deposits and analytics included, published under your salon's name.
- €50 a month for any number of stylists
- No add-ons for reminders or push
- Your name in the App Store and Google Play

A bill that grows with every stylist, and an app that is not yours.
- A monthly price that steps up every time you add a calendar.
- Add-ons for features you assumed were part of the plan.
- Clients who book you inside Vagaro's app, on a marketplace with other salons.
- More software than a booking-first salon ever opens.

When Vagaro is the better choice
If your salon runs its till, stock, gift cards, memberships and payroll through Vagaro and the team knows it well, stay. That is a management suite, and a booking app does not replace it. The same goes for a salon that gets a real stream of new clients from the Vagaro marketplace and is happy to pay for them.
When the flat price wins
A salon that mainly needs bookings, calendars, reminders and deposits pays Vagaro for a great deal it never opens, and pays more each time it hires. At five or six stylists the per-calendar model alone can pass our whole price, before add-ons. The second reason owners switch is the brand: on Vagaro the client's phone shows Vagaro's icon and a marketplace; with an owned app it shows your salon.
What you keep and what you drop
You drop the marketplace, the built-in point of sale and the add-on catalogue. You keep everything a client touches, now under your name: booking by stylist and service, deposits, reminders, moving and cancelling appointments, and push messages from you. Your card terminal stays whatever it is today; deposits run through Stripe or a local processor on your own account.
How switching works
On the first call we set up your services, stylists, durations, prices and hours. The demo is on your phone in a week and the app is live in both stores in three to four weeks. Run both for a month if you like: regulars install your app from the link in your bio, and once most bookings arrive through it you cancel the calendars you no longer need. Your client list stays yours.
What happens after you send the form

- Day 7Demo on your phoneYour branded app, your services, real booking flow.
- Week 3–4Live in both storesYour name in the App Store and Google Play. Clients start booking.
What salon owners say
Thank you @codersyapps for making my life easier and saving me from all that hassle. No more waiting — clients pick their own slots and move them themselves if they need to.
Clients are thrilled with the app. I already love it myself — it's going to make my work so much easier.
It means a lot to me and makes my work easier — I'm really happy. Many clients have already got used to it and I push everyone to book only through the app.
