A barber booking app with your shop's name on it.
Clients pick their barber and a slot from your own app, a deposit protects the Saturday chair, and walk-ins still fit around the calendar. We design, build and publish it under your shop's name for €50 a month, with no development fee.
- Your logo and name in the App Store and Google Play
- Demo on your phone in 7 days, live in 3–4 weeks
- €50 a month, cancel any month

Saturday is booked solid by ten, then two of them do not show.
- Four chairs, four phones, and nobody knows who is free at three.
- A marketplace that takes a cut from the regular who has been coming for years.
- Chasing DMs between fades instead of cutting.
- A no-show on the last slot of the day, when the walk-in you turned away has already gone home.

A booking app that respects the walk-in trade
Barbershops live on short services in a tight sequence, with walk-ins filling the gaps. The app is built around that: services carry their real durations, each barber runs his own calendar, and the admin app adds a walk-in in a couple of taps so the chair is blocked before the next online client can grab it. Clients who book online see only real free slots; clients who walk in still get served.
Prices and durations are per barber, so the owner's chair can cost more than the apprentice's without a separate menu, and a barber who works Tuesday to Saturday only ever shows those days.
Deposits that cut no-shows without putting regulars off
Deposits are switched on per service. Most shops put one on the long services and the slots that always sell out, and leave a quick beard trim open. A client who has paid a deposit turns up, and the one who repeatedly does not can be banned from booking again. Reminders go out the day before on their own.
What the €50 a month covers
The client app and the admin app on iOS and Android, your name, logo and screenshots in both stores, design, development and publishing, servers, push notifications, updates, and small changes to services and prices. Any number of barbers, no setup fee and no per-booking fee. Card processing for deposits is charged by the processor at its normal rate. You can cancel any month.
Getting your shop live
On the first call we take your logo, the barbers, the services with their durations and prices, and the opening hours. A week later the demo is on your phone. Three to four weeks in, the app is live under your shop's name in both stores. Put the link in your Instagram bio and on the mirror, and regulars install it the next time they are in the chair.
What happens after you send the form

- Day 7Demo on your phoneYour branded app, your services, real booking flow.

What salon owners say
Thank you @codersyapps for making my life easier and saving me from all that hassle. No more waiting — clients pick their own slots and move them themselves if they need to.
Clients are thrilled with the app. I already love it myself — it's going to make my work so much easier.
It means a lot to me and makes my work easier — I'm really happy. Many clients have already got used to it and I push everyone to book only through the app.
Barbershop owners ask
Yes. Every barber has his own working days, hours, services and prices. Clients choose the barber first and only see his free slots, so nobody is double-booked on one chair.
Yes. A walk-in is added from the admin app in seconds and blocks the chair like any other booking. Online clients only ever see slots that are actually free.
Deposits are set per service, so you decide which services need one. Many shops put a deposit on long or always-booked services and leave short ones open. Payment runs through Stripe or a local processor.
€50 a month, flat, for any number of barbers. That includes both apps, publishing under your shop's name in both stores, servers, push notifications and updates. No development fee, and you can cancel any month.
