Information you give us — when you fill out the contact form on this website, or work with us on a branded app project, we collect your name, email, business name, phone (if provided), and the contents of the message you send.

Information collected automatically — when you visit codersyapps.com, we collect basic technical information about the request: IP address, approximate geographic location, browser type, device, the pages you view, and how you got to the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not set any tracking cookies.

Information from the apps we build — branded apps published under our developer account may collect identity information, scheduling data, health/fitness/wellness measurements (for trainer and gym apps), payment records, and technical device data. In each app, your data is visible only to you and the specific service provider you have engaged with. The apps contain no advertising and no third-party tracking.

We use what you give us to respond to your enquiries, draft proposals, deliver and maintain the apps we build for you, process payments, and keep you informed about your project. We use the technical information collected on the website to keep the site fast, secure, and free of abuse.

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.

To deliver the apps and the website we work with a small number of sub-processors, each governed by their own privacy and security commitments: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, analytics), Apple and Google (App Store and Play Store distribution), Expo (mobile build infrastructure), Resend (transactional email delivery for the contact form).

We share information with these providers strictly to deliver the service, and only the data that is required for them to do their job.

Contact-form submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them, or for up to three years if there is no project relationship.

Project records and invoices are kept for seven years as required for tax and accounting.

App data is retained for as long as the client business operates the app. Individual account deletion is available from inside each branded app or by emailing us; deletions are processed within seven working days.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and regular security review. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we follow industry-standard practice.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we respond within the timeframes required by law.

codersyapps.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set tracking cookies and does not require a cookie banner. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies on the website. Branded apps we ship for clients do not include advertising SDKs.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.

We are based in Belgrade, Serbia, and work with clients across Europe and the US. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognised safeguards.

If we update this policy materially, we will post the new version here, update the effective date, and where appropriate notify affected users by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
